Rough Construction Works
Rough construction is the state where the load-bearing reinforced concrete and filling walls of the structure are made with materials such as brick, iron, lime, cement, gravel, sand, etc. and the installations are laid. In other words, it is a construction where the interior plaster has not yet been finished, the frames have not been installed, the lighting systems have not been made and the construction has not been painted. When it is said, rough construction, if we briefly define it, it means that forty percent of the existing building has been completed. After the procedures required for a construction are completed, foundation excavation is carried out based on the points determined by survey engineers. After the foundation excavation, the depth of the foundation varies according to the planned floor height of the structure to be constructed. After the excavated foundation is filled with filling material, lean concrete is poured and the area where the foundation will be placed is leveled.
